The card comes with a 24 hour / 7 day a weeek concierge service that is ready to meet whatever your needs might ne. They can help you find luxury gifts from top retailers, make reservations, and help you find the best vendors of all kinds of services.
The concierge is reachable anytime via phome or email and they can help you book restaurant reservations, locate health clubs, provide sporting event information and tickets, golf tee times, shopping destination directions and access, lists of special events, fesitvals and museum exhibits, tourist and holiday information, and the list goes on. The concierge can also provide help in obtaining conference service referrals, rentals of all sorts, gifts and flower deliveries, and emergency services of all sourts.
The card provides access to more than 600 airport lounges in more than 100 countries with access to the well known Priorty Pass program. It also comes with the list of common benefits associated with higher end travel credit cards - such as travel accident insurance, collision damage waiver for rental car insruance, baggage delay insurance, and trip interruption and cancellation insurance. They also provide warranty registration and extended waranty protection that doubles the original manufacturer's warranty up to one additonal year.

The card does come with an annual $495 fee, which is among the highest in the industry. Barclays, the issuer of the Visa Black Card, is seeking to limit card membership to only 1% of US residents, so cardholders will be members of a very exclusive club.
